Decision Made!

Ok so i haven't posted in a few weeks but I have reached a decision. I have been offered a job to work for a Design and Publishing company of greeting cards and social stationery called Paper Salad. Well I start on Valentines Day!

I am so looking forward to this new challenge and its the first time I can say I've had a job in something I'm actually interested in. There is a massive trade show at Birmingham NEC before I start and I'm going to go down and check out the competition, oh and also love every second of looking at all things crafty!

In other news I have finished bootcamp and managed to lose just over half a stone and about 7 inches! So looks like 2011 could be my year after all. xXx

Decision Time

Well I suppose I did want to make changes this year, I just didn't think things would happen so quickly!

This week I have started a four week fitness bootcamp, so after finishing the first week I can tell you it lives up to its name. I have pains in muscles i never knew existed, but like they say no pain no gain and all that. I have started a fitness diary and I hope to have improved my fitness and lost all the weight I need to by the end of this 200 day diary, I'll keep you updated lol.

I have also been offered a fantastic opportunity which I am seriously considering, more on that next week as hopefully a decision will of been made by then!

New Year, New Start

Well it has been forever since I did a post and as its now 2011 I thought I'd start again! So I have lots of things that I'd like to acheive this year but I won't bore you with them all now.

The first thing I'd like to do is manage to post on my blog at least once a week, and get better at putting some pictures on it so you don't just have to listen to me go on and on lol.

Hmmmmmmmm Rachel may need to help me do that, pretty please :) Well I'll have to get you reading my blog first he he!

I'm still alive!

Ok so I've not been very good at this so far, maybe i'll try again! There are so many things that have happened since I last updated my blog but I guess I'll get to them over time. All I know is tonight I'm feeling a little bit reflective. It's funny how we seem to get so absorbed in everyday life that before we know it years have gone by and we wonder where all the time has gone.

I'm not sure where all this thinking is leading me but I hope that I will figure it all out soon as it's driving me crazy!

Shhhhhhhhhhhh its a secret.................

Well I know I have somewhat gone off the radar of late, but my little buddy has requested I get back on the trail so here I am.

I have been deciding how I should celebrate my 30th birthday, although its not until April next year I want to do something I can remember. So, I have come up with an idea, and a good friend of mine is hopefully helping me with all the details.

All there is left to say is shhhhhhhhhhhhhh its a secret, and I'll keep you posted!

Easter Treats

I'm back from a lovely break away, which I will post some more on over Easter. I just wanted to show you the Easter cupcakes fresh from the kitchen tonight for Duncan to take to work tomorrow. Orders welcome!

Bethany and Isabelle

I have two beautiful nieces Isabelle who is nearly 2 on the left and Bethany who is 4 and 1/2 on the right. They are both very different but I love them and their little characters.

This is me and Beth last summer at Ben and Vicky Dearnleys Wedding. It was a miracle a sunny day in England.
