Well I suppose I did want to make changes this year, I just didn't think things would happen so quickly!
This week I have started a four week fitness bootcamp, so after finishing the first week I can tell you it lives up to its name. I have pains in muscles i never knew existed, but like they say no pain no gain and all that. I have started a fitness diary and I hope to have improved my fitness and lost all the weight I need to by the end of this 200 day diary, I'll keep you updated lol.
I have also been offered a fantastic opportunity which I am seriously considering, more on that next week as hopefully a decision will of been made by then!
